Refund policy

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30days after receiving your item to request a refund.

To be eligible for a refund, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. Unused and in its original packaging, you'll also need to provide proof of purchase.

To start a return please contact us on loraelanillustrations@gmail.com. If your return is accepted you will be required to cover the cost of shipping it back to us.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or you receive the wrong item so we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

Bespoke or personalised items cannot be returned. Please get in touch if you have any questions.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have. Once a return is accepted and refunded, make a new separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund too.

If your return is accepted, we will refund the price of the products in full. Unfortunately we cannot cover the cost of return postage.

If more than 15 days have passed since we've approved your return, please contact us on loraelanillustrations@gmail.com.

Cancellations

If you made a mistake on your order or simply wish to cancel the order, please email us as soon as possible on loraelanillustrations@gmail.com we can then cancel your order prior to despatch. Please provide your order number and full name so we may process this in a timely manner.
